Town of Perinton: places, events and civic updates

Perinton is a town on the eastern edge of Monroe County, 12 miles east of Rochester, and the Town of Perinton is its government. The Village of Fairport runs along the Erie Canal in the middle of the town; the hamlets of Egypt and Bushnell's Basin and much of the rest of Perinton are outside the village.
