Every year: bills late December, due February 10, town collection ends May 31

For Perinton property owners, in and out of the village

Bills are mailed on the last business day of December and are due February 10, in full or as the first of four installments. Interest is 1.5% from February 11, 3% in March, 4.5% in April and 6% from May 1 to 10, plus a $2 county fee from May 11. The town takes no payments after May 31; after that, pay Monroe County.
