The Place at WillowBrook, a proposed five-story, 95-unit apartment building inside the WillowBrook Office Park at 1407 and 1451 Pittsford Victor Road, goes to a Planning Board public hearing on Wednesday, October 21 at 7 pm. The board is weighing preliminary and final site-plan approval; it deferred a decision on July 15, 2026, and revised plans were filed in September.

The plan includes an 89-space underground garage. The Town Board rezoned the land in April 2025 and granted a special use permit in June 2025. The Conservation Board reviews the plan Tuesday, October 6 at 7 pm. Construction timing hasn't been announced.
