Perinton is considering rezoning about 16.1 acres of mostly vacant woods and meadow at 8146 and 8200 Pittsford Palmyra Road from Restricted Business to Industrial, so Ready Mix Concrete Solutions can move its headquarters and operations there from Farmington. The Town Board holds a public hearing Monday, October 19 at 7 pm at Town Hall, 1350 Turk Hill Road; nothing has been decided.

Pannell Road LLC filed the application on September 14, 2026. On September 21 the board set the hearing and declared its intent to lead the SEQR environmental review.
