A plan to split a 12.5-acre property at 2366 Turk Hill Road into six single-family lots, five new ones plus one for the existing house, goes to a Planning Board public hearing on Wednesday, October 21 at 7 pm. Nothing has been approved; the applicant asks for concept, preliminary and final subdivision approval at once.

The project is called Lilac Estates, with Gerber Homes as agent. The Conservation Board reviews the plan Tuesday, October 6 at 7 pm. Construction timing hasn't been announced.
