Town park of 43.6 acres on the Erie Canal with a rentable heated building, shelter, six tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball, playgrounds, docks with overnight docking, and the Canalway Trail. The Perinton Skatepark sits in its lower section.

History

  • A canal-era settlement called Fullam's Basin, with a tavern/post office and warehouses, stood where Perinton Park is today. (source)

  • In 2019 the Hudson River Valley Greenway added trailhead signage and bike parking here as the Canalway Trail became part of the Empire State Trail. (source)
