Every year: bills June 1, due July 1, unpaid taxes go to the county November 1

For Village property owners

For property in the village only. Bills are mailed June 1 and due in full July 1. After that, interest is added: 5% in July, 6% in August, 7% in September and 8% in October. On November 1, unpaid village taxes go to Monroe County and the village no longer accepts payment.
