# 24 rental homes approved at Thornell Road and Route 96

Hartwell Heights, 24 rental homes on about 3.4 acres at Thornell Road and Pittsford Victor Road (Route 96), has final site-plan approval: Perinton's Planning Board granted it, with conditions, on May 20, 2026. Construction dates haven't been announced.

The homes are a mix: two small apartment buildings, a two-unit townhouse, five single-story cottages and an existing house. The office building already on the site stays. The Town Board granted a special use permit in August 2025, and the Historic Architecture Commission granted a certificate of appropriateness in 2026.
