# Ayrault Townhomes: 33 homes proposed on Ayrault Road

The Ayrault Townhomes plan would divide 6.77 acres at 347 Ayrault Road into 33 homes for sale: 16 duplexes plus the one existing house. It goes to a Planning Board public hearing on Wednesday, October 21 at 7 pm. The Town Board already granted the special use permit for the duplexes on July 20, 2026; the Planning Board now decides on the subdivision, with concept, preliminary and final approval asked for at once.

The applicant is DTST Erie Holdings, LLC. The Town Board issued a SEQR negative declaration before granting the permit. The land is in the ECCO overlay district, where the Town Board is separately weighing a [pause on new housing projects](perinton-residential-moratoria-hearings.md). The Conservation Board reviews the plan Tuesday, October 6 at 7 pm. Nothing has been built, and construction timing hasn't been announced.
